Laquanda is truly the best! From the moment I reached out to her, she made my husband and me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. I found Quan doing my usual nightly IG scroll. I had no intention of buying a house at the time although it was always a goal. I fell in love with a post she made touring a Mid Atlantic Home. I had to see it because to my surprise I didnt recall seeing a new build in the area. It was late, but I sent a DM and surprisingly she responded immediately.  I inquired about the home and the process and she was sure to answer all my questions.  But God obviously used her as a vessel because she did not hesitate to ask me what was stopping me from moving fwd. After my response,  she quickly stopped me from self sabotaging and advised me on yhr first step to get pre approved and about the overall process and what I was looming for. Again, I was not ready. Needless to say, if it wasn't for Quan to immediately say let's meet and go tour homes, I would not have been where I am today as a new home owner. She was used to stop me from self sabotaging, trying to create the perfect scenario of having a ton of money saved, thr perfect credit score and just being mentally ready as a Single mother of 1 who's putting a child through college. I just didnt think I could do it. After touring the home I had a dream literally about making a decision.  Quan's natural ability to reel me in, stopped me from operating in a position of fear, and got me focused and locked in. She was so sweet and might I add very patient in a very gruesome market. But she did not hesitate on multiple occasions to find me exactly what I needed while securing a great deal on a new build. She was very knowledgeable, personable. Always checked in, met me each time without question, and showed up from beginning to the end of the process. Even when there were moments I wanted to walk away because of poor communication from the lender, she stood by me and didnt force or encourage any decision.  She's a true master of home buying, a class act and an amazing realtor overall.   Even after closing, she personally came to celebrate with me after and checked in several times throughout the year as I settled in. Having the pleasure to work with Till was fantastic. Professionalism, honesty, trustworthy, and reliability is what she had to offer. If there’s anything you do not understand, Till will patiently take her time to explain it. For a long time I thought the home buying process was hard. When Till explained the process I felt more comfortable on making a decision. I have came across many realtors but they can’t compete with Till. Till’s slogan is seal the deal with Till.
